Our offices officially opened in 2025, but we've operated in the design space for over 25 years helping small startups as well as global fortune 100 brands.
2013 - Foundations
Led UX design and front-end development for Equifax’s $40M consumer platform transformation, securing partnerships with Credit Karma and LifeLock. Co-led the UX Center of Excellence, shaping design standards across the company.
2018 - Scaling Leadership
Directed B2B e-commerce UX transformation for Sonepar, overseeing research, design, and mobile product development across 12 North American operating companies. Established a scalable white-label UI library to unify brand experiences.
2019 – Startup Impact
As VP of Product Experience at Velocity Automotive, drove the product experience for an automotive workflow app that cut reconditioning time by 50%, securing new customers through a strategic sales prototype demo at the North American Dealer Association (NADA) conference.
2020 – High-Impact UX Strategy
At Cox Automotive, managed a team of 35 UX professionals, leading research and design for Autotrader & Kelley Blue Book, improving engagement for 60M+ monthly users. Launched a UX Research practice, centralizing insights across teams.
2022 – Healthcare Innovation
Led UX design operations at Mayo Clinic’s Center for Digital Health, overseeing patient and physician-facing digital products. Developed Mayo Clinic’s AI UX design principles, ensuring usability, accessibility, and ethical AI decision-making.
2025 – Intuivis is Born
Founded Intuivis, LLC to help small to mid-sized companies leverage AI, conduct user research, craft product strategies, and design world-class digital experiences. Drawing from decades of experience to help businesses transform products with research-driven insights and human-centered design.

Using research insights, we define a product direction, product roadmap, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide development. We also draft user stories to align teams and ensure a clear, actionable plan for building a successful product.

Design Support & Advisory
We deliver user-friendly, accessible designs and work closely with product and engineering teams to bring them to life. Ongoing design advisory options are available to monitor UX metrics, iterate on designs, perform additional user testing, and ensure your product evolves to meet user needs.
